Come and join us for a 1 hour heels dance class in the centre of Oxfordshire about 10 minut walk for the train station Oxfofd at the Jericho Community Centre!
In this heels class, we start with a light warm up and energy cleanse followed by going over all the basic fundementals of heels technique and basic drills to be able to dance confidently and safely in heels! 👠
You will then learn a short dance choreography routine to embody in your dance heels followed by a quick and calm cool down! ✨
Please make sure to bring a water bottle with you along with a pair of high heels you feel comfortable dancing in and wear comfortable clothing!
