This class is suitable for all dancers any level from beginners to advanced level! The steps are follow along! 💫

We start of the class with a fun warm up and energy cleanse followed by embodying fun Zumba formula 1 steps to upbeat fun music!

This class is high pace and fun for a morning workout to start your day!

We finish by doing a light cool down
